Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charge at all.

The window

• Order placed. It joins the queue at the 841 7th Ave counter and can be cancelled instantly.
• Being packed. Still cancellable – call +1 212-579-1372 and we will stop it.
• Handed to the carrier. No longer cancellable; Avenue Electronics handles it as a return instead.

How to cancel

Send a cancellation to [email protected] with the order number, or call +1 212-579-1372 if the order went in today.

If it has already shipped

If we were too quick and it has already shipped, send it back under the return policy and we will refund it.

Cancellations by us

Avenue Electronics cancels an order itself only when an item turns out to be short on the Midtown West shelf or the delivery address cannot be reached. In either case we email you first and refund in full within 3-5 business days.
