US orders of $49 and over ship free. Below that a flat $6.95 applies. We ship to United States addresses only.
Will this tripod hold my phone and a light?
Check the load figure on the product page. If it is not stated, call us on the number in the footer and we will weigh the combination in the shop.
Are the vlogging kits complete?
Each kit page lists exactly what is in the box. Where a kit needs a phone or a camera you already own, the page says so.
Can I return a light that is too harsh?
Within 30 days, unused and in original packaging, yes.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. Orders are limited to United States delivery addresses.
Can I collect an order in person?
Yes. Place the order, then call +1 212-579-1372 and we will hold it at 841 7th Ave. Opening hours are Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Sat-Sun: Closed.
