Return and Refund Policy
Our return window is 30 days from delivery. The item needs to be unused and in the packaging it came in.
How to start a return
- Write to [email protected] or call +1 212-579-1372. We will confirm the return in writing so you have a record of it.
- Pack the item as it arrived, including any case, insert or instruction card.
- Send it to the address we confirm, and keep the postage receipt until the refund lands.
- We check the item in, then raise the refund.
What we can accept
Items must come back unused and complete. If a set is missing a piece we will refund the part we can resell and tell you which part that was.

Who pays the postage
Return shipping is at your cost for a change of mind. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are returned at our cost.
When the money arrives
Money goes back the way it came, usually within three to five business days after the parcel reaches our counter.
