Shipping Policy

This page describes how Avenue Electronics gets an order from the shelf at 841 7th Ave to a New York or out-of-state address, and what it costs to do so.

What shipping costs

Shipping costs $6.95 per order. Orders of $49 or more ship at no charge, and the discount is applied in the cart rather than by code.

How long it takes

Same-day dispatch is normal for orders received during opening hours. Orders received outside them are processed on the following open day.

Where we deliver

We ship anywhere in the fifty states. International delivery is not offered at present.

If something goes wrong

Report shipping damage to [email protected] within seven days, with a photo of the outer box. That is normally all the carrier needs.
